5. Services & content

KeystageLab provides curriculum-aligned learning materials, practice questions, progress tracking and related services. All content provided by KeystageLab ("KeystageLab Content") is owned or licensed by us unless otherwise indicated.

Access

We may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We try to keep the Services available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages.

User content

If you submit content you grant us a licence to use it to provide the Services. You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not infringe other people's rights or break the law.

6. Subscriptions, payments & refunds

• Subscription plans: Some features require a paid subscription or one-off purchase. Subscription details (price, billing period, inclusions) are displayed at the point of purchase.
• Billing: By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for keeping payment information up to date.
• Cancellation & refunds: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time via your account. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
• Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes; you are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges imposed by local law.

7. Licence & intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. All intellectual property rights in the Services and KeystageLab Content remain our property or the property of our licensors.

8. Prohibited conduct

When using the Services you must not:

Limitation of liability: Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including lost profits or data).

You agree to indemnify and hold KeystageLab and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or the rights of a third party. We may limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, or for operational, legal or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For disputes, we prefer to resolve matters informally — please contact us first. If that is not possible, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts (or Scottish courts for residents of Scotland as required by law).
